Surfboard Simulator

The surfboard simulator also referred to as the mechanical surfboard is one of our newest inflatable rides. This ride is great for all ages, and all types of events. You can create a incredible tropical theme at your event by incorporating some of our tropical themed entertainers, steal drum bands, and other tropical themed inflatable rides. Some of my favorite inflatable rides that fit this theme are the tropical maze obstacle course, palm tree bouncer, mutiny on the bouncer, and inflatable tiki bar.

The Surfboard simulator is small enough to fit in most rooms and is a great way to beat away the Pittsburgh Pa, winter blues. You can see some videos of the surfboard simulator on the video bar at the top left of the page.

Mechanical Bull

Our Mechanical Bulls rentals are great for indoor and outdoor events. Our mechanical bulls have multiple safety features and settings that make it a great time for children and adults of all ages. We take the mechanical bulls to many company picnics, school field days, graduation parties, and birthday parties in the Pittsburgh area through out the year. The mechanical bull is great this time of year because it fits indoors and doesn't take up a lot of space. Our mechanical bulls have been such a big hit that we recently purchased a similar unit known as the surfboard simulator.

Checkout a few of our mechanical bull videos on the video bar at the top left of the page.

Kongo Krazy Slide

If anyone has ever driven past our warehouse located on route 30 in Latrobe they might have seen the worlds largest inflatable slide! Our Kongo Krazy Slide is the largest inflatable made in the USA to date. The slide measures over 50' tall and weights in at over 2000lbs. This slide is a great addition to any event but is usually reserved for larger corporate events. Accompany this slide with a few of our tents, children's entertainers, and catering services and you have yourself one heck of a party!!

You can see pictures of the Kongo Krazy Slide as well as all our other inflatable rides at www.windswept.com.

Jugglers

Their are many types of children's entertainment available in the Pittsburgh area for birthday parties, company picnics, graduation parties, festivals, and corporate events. My favorite type of children's entertainment is our variety entertainers, and jugglers.

These guys do it all!! Our variety entertainers combine the talents of jugglers, magicians, unicyclists, stilt walkers, and mentalists all into one performance.

I think this is one of my favorite forms of children's entertainment because it is entertaining for children and amazing for adults as well.

Field Trips

Recently many elementary and middle school event budgets have been cut. This is such a shame because some of my best memories were of field trips and special events with my classmates. Because of this budget cut we have had a lot of success with entertainment items like our Science Rocks show, or our live animal shows. These shows are extremely entertaining and educational for the children. They provide a very enjoyable experience in the comfort and convenience of their own school. Having the event at the school saves money on packed lunches, buses for transportation, and admission fees to your destination. A great show like Science Rocks or one of the animal shows usually ends costs less than $2 per child.

School Field Day!

This time of year is always a busy time for planning elementary school field days. School field days are one of my favorite types of events every year. The school gets to choose from our huge selection of inflatable rides and children's entertainers. Our Inflatable slides, obstacle courses, and bouncers are among the more popular inflatables chosen. The schools really like the balloon artists, airbrush tattoos, jugglers, and magicians for the event as well. We usually have the entertainment strolling through the event and then usually have a short stage show at the end.

The children have so much fun at their field days it makes the day fly by.

Magicians

I recently received an updated promo video from one of our talented Magicians. I added the video to the blog so my fellow blogger's could see what a incredible show he offers. We offer a wide variety of magic shows to the Pittsburgh area. Our shows can be small and designed for young birthday parties or extremely large stage shows designed for high schools, colleges, and corporate events.

Magic shows are one of our most common forms of entertainment booked and are a great addition to any event. Our magicians perform at countless birthday parties, schools, and corporate events throughout the year. For smaller shows our magicians often perform balloon animals and sculptures for the kids as well.

Entertainment

I am looking forward to some warmer weather so we can start having events again. One of my favorite events that we had towards the end of the year was a company picnic for a large fiberglass manufacturer. They went all out!! I had plenty of entertainment for the guests. I had clowns, jugglers, stilt walkers, face painters, caricature artists and one of our best country bands at the event. We also provided them with a few inflatable slides, inflatable obstacle courses, and bounce houses. We also provided tenting, tables, and chairs for all 800 guests. The seating area was definitely needed to handle our delicious catering.

We started offering catering to the Pittsburgh area in 2004. Our barbecue is out of this world!! We provide massive portions of delicious meats of your choice along with a variety of mouth watering side dishes. The combination of food, fun, and sun made this event one to remember.

The employees made numerous comments that the event couldn't have been any better!

SB Show

I would like to start off by saying congratulations to the Pittsburgh Steelers! as a leading party rental company in Pittsburgh we often set up tents, tables, chairs, banners, and even stages for the Steelers. There business is always appreciated and it was great to see them leave Florida with a extremely exciting victory.

I was also extremely impressed with the Half Time show. Bruce Springsteen put on one heck of show. Being an event planner and entertainment coordinator makes me wonder how much staff is required to get the stage and pyrotechnics ready in such little time. I know how much work it is to get one of our bands, or children's entertainers ready for a show so I cant even imagine the amount of work that goes into a entertainment production like that!
